Gender equality index
Declared an important national priority for his five-year mandate by the President of the French Republic and stoutly defended by the Government, gender equality in the workplace requires mobilisation on the part of everyone.
This commitment led to the introduction of a gender equality index on 1 January 2019 for legal entities having over 250 employees. As of 2020, companies with over 50 employees are also concerned. The index is composed of five indicators enabling each company to measure its progress, with the minimum expected score being 75/100.
The score obtained and published by SIMU in 2023 for 2022 is 85.
This score demonstrates Simu's commitment to gender equality.
